Maui: 35 years old lady named Amanda Eller found alive on May 26, 2019, according to the reports, the lady went missing on May 8th, 2019 and was thought to be deceased in mountaineering.
Gathered reports stated that she waved helicopter from a creek bed between two waterfalls. The zone where Eller was found is assumed to have been coarsely four miles from where her car and cell phone were discovered on May 9, in the parking lot of the Kahakapao Loop Trail of the Makawao Forest Reserve.
A volunteer Haynes [who helped organize the search] posted on her Facebook status, “She is just as strong as we always said she would be,” she added, “We knew she could make it this long.”
Julia Eller [mother of Amanda Eller] said that her daughter had gone on what was hypothetical to be a three-mile hike, but she finally became disorientated and could not find her way back to her car. “It’s very easy to get misguided” on the track, she said.
“I felt in my heart that my daughter was alive and I could not give up hope but I am human and I had those jiffies of desolation, it was rigid going out there every day,” her mother added.
A Facebook page devoted to the exploration said that she was only “faintly wounded” and was rescued by the privately owned helicopter funded by public donations.
Furthermore, doctors at Maui Memorial Medical Center said, “Mrs Eller suffered from severe sun exposure. But she has succeeded to stay hydrated and ate fresh fruits from the trees. She was found without shoes and has been seen by an orthopedic surgeon.”
